Recent UDC Updates
*NEW 2025 INFORMATION - Those eligible for Early Termination MUST maintain at least 90 Days of continuous employment before your
PO can submit your papers for Early Termination.
Travel Permits must be submitted at least 2 Weeks PRIOR to the event, all Probation Fee's must be current in order to be permitted.
Talk to your Treatment Provider and Probation/Parole Agent for additional Information.

Important Legal Notice:
Hope & Healing Place is an approved provider with the State of Utah to administer the
Sex Offender Treatment Program. (S.O.T.P.)
This program is for P.C.S.O.'s - otherwise known as persons charged of a sexual offense.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Those who have committed a hands-on offense,
- Those who had Possession and/or participated in the Distribution of CSEM,
- Engaged in online/digital solicitation and/or other activities of sexual nature deemed punishable by State and Federal Law.
