Therapy is a healing journey - the steps below will help you get started after reaching out.
Getting Started with Hope & Healing Place
Thank you for your interest in Hope & Healing Place.
We’d be happy to meet with you for an initial assessment, and we welcome both general therapy clients and clients participating in sex offender treatment programs (SOTP).
To get started, please reply to us the following either by call or text:
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- Your email address
- **If you are a probation or parole client: your probation officer’s name and contact information
If you are using one of the downloadable in-take forms, inform Laura by call or text.
- Information in the email is private, please ONLY incude the relevant information- we request that you
do not add additional information or messages to the email. - Use the following subject line:
New Client Intake - YOURLASTNAME, YOURFIRSTNAME - Once you send an email, inform Laura by either Text or Phone call to let her know the email has been sent.
- If you print and fill out the downloaded form, simply drop it off during regular business hours.

What happens next?
Once we have your information, we’ll send you an invitation to our secure client portal, TherapyPortal, where you’ll be asked to create an accout to complete your initial paperwork at your own pace.
After that, we’ll schedule your first appointment.
Responses may take up-to 24 hours, if you do not receive a reply after 2 business days, please give us a call,
along with the requested information ready.
